Personal/group fitness trainer (Albuquerque)

Hello, my name is Stefan and I have been a personal and group trainer on and off for 8 years. I grew up playing Ice Hockey and played competitively. I was a wildland firefighter for 6 years and I currently work as a city Firefighter. I am passionate about health and wellness and I want to help you achieve your fitness goals. What better time then right now when the days are long and the sun is shining. I am offering personal or group training outdoors. I’d like to meet at a park and enjoy some sunshine and grass while we work towards our fitness goals. I can help you achieve any goal you’d like whether to lose weight, build some muscle, join the military or get ready for your next sports season. Sessions are 20 per person for about 45-60 min.
